With the rebirth of democracy and the beginning of Fourth Republic in 1999, in addition to the smooth transition from ‘civilian to civilian’ administration experienced in 2003 general elections, Nigerians can now heave a sigh of relief that truly, democracy has come to stay.

It is in the light of this that Encomiums Ventures Limited decided to recognise and celebrate the major participants who have contributed positively to the political stability of this great nation.
